Adecco is recruiting for experienced CPS Support Tech Specialist for a Fortune 500 company located in Madisonville, Ohio. This is for a long-term temporary with possibility for hire for the successful candidate. Pay:
Level 1 Candidate - $13.00
Level 2 Candidate - $13.50 to$14.00

Schedule:
-2nd: Sun-Thursday, 3:30pm to Midnight
-3rd:Sun-Thursday, Midnight to 8:30am

The CPS project is cash machines that are placed at businesses around the United States. This group does a lot of technical trouble shooting and typing notes into the database. They will then contact internal employees in the field and also customers of the bank.

General Information:
• Handles complex, technical Client telephone interactions (email, phone, etc.) providing outstanding Client service. Is knowledgeable on multiple CPS devices and working aspects of these devices. By using job knowledge and the information available, makes every effort to answer the Client's question/solve the problem. Educates the client on usage and proper handling of the devices.
• CPS- Currency Payment Solutions
• Hours of operation are 24/7

• Level 1 candidate will support only on phone calls – carrier calls/cash-in transit calls.
• Level 2 candidate will take support calls via phone and email from clients and vendors. Someone with research and escalation skills is preferred.


Required Skills and Knowledge:
• Ability to Trouble shoot
• Excellent Customer Service Skills

Additional duties as assigned:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Detail Oriented.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Proven computer skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
