JOB DESCRIPTIONSuperiorgroups is looking for an Office Manager/Administrative Support Specialist for our client in Arlington, VA
Greet office visitors
Staff reception desk
Answer main office phone
Accept and distribute mail
Manage office equipment (tv, copier, alarm system)
POC for office issues (equipment, IT)
Process Fed Ex or UPS packages
Accept and Process Invoices
Liaise with office vendors
Order office supplies
Manage stock of office supplies
Maintain kitchen cleanliness
Prepare Weekly Whereabouts Reports for team
Prepare and Submit expense reports
Manage travel for EVP, Strategy
Organize and assist in office meetings (internal/external)
Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Support
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
6 years of experience as Office Manager or Administrative Support
