Role Description:
Packaging is a strategic part of the marketing mix and the enduring face of a brand. As the Packaging Project Manager, you will act as the gatekeeper to ensure our client's brands are best represented on pack, to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing packaging artwork projects beginning at the design stage, through the full production process to the final prepress files released for printed packaging.

In this client facing position,you will be the primary liaison between our client's marketing teams and the sgsco design and production facilities that produce the sgsco products and services. You will launch projects, lead meetings with all stakeholders to ensure brand integrity and manage timelines to ensure on time delivery, often against very tight deadlines. The onsite PPM position offers a unique opportunity to operate within our client's environment, which allows you to become intimately familiar with their needs, while remaining a strong advocate for sgsco capabilities and services.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have an extremely high attention to detail, be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with a strong understanding of the packaging graphics process. Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements
* Minimum 2-year degree or equivalent experience in the graphic arts industry
* Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service in the packaging graphics industry and have working experience directly with clients, buyers and printers
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Logical and conceptual thinking skills to correlate job specifications
* Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Products and Adobe Creative Suite)
* Portrays problem solving and decision making skills
* Basic understanding of all Printing Processes
