Our department is comprised of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Physical Therapy Assistants. We work in all areas and units of the hospital and see all types of patients.

The Physical Therapist, in accordance with a physician's order, assesses, evaluates, plans, and carries out physical therapy programs to restore maximum reasonable function and to minimize disability following disease, injury, or genetically acquired disabilities. To help the patient reach their maximal reasonably level of function and to cope with their limitation.

Previous experience in an Acute Care or Outpatient Rehab setting preferred.

Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy approved by the APTA and possession of a valid Virginia license to practice physical therapy required. Advanced training in a specialty area related to specific patient populations is preferred.

Work Schedule: Weekend shifts
