West Virginia University is seeking Assistant (or Associate) Professors of Occupational Medicine. Positions are primarily clinical and will work at outpatient clinics in both Berkeley and Jefferson Counties. There will also be scheduled time at our local urgent care facilities to evaluate individuals for employment physical exams. Job duties include: provide clinical care and teach medical students and residents; scholarly activities are highly encouraged. Must have an M.D. degree or equivalent and successfully completed an ACGME certified residency in Occupational Medicine. Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification is highly desirable. WV Medical License and DEA registration are both required by start date. Candidates should be BC/BE in Occupational Medicine.

The region is growing by leaps and bounds, as evidenced by a $30 million Proctor & Gamble plant under construction in Berkeley County.
