It offers one of the most exciting, fast paced, challenging and rewarding work environments in the world of operations, supply chain and manufacturing. /p p b Main Duties and Responsibilities /b /p p Provides analytical and process improvement support to the pharmaceutical operations in Packaging. Specific requirements include analyzing processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization, building mechanisms to drive standard work, developing and maintaining key performance indicators to monitor the health of the processes, and providing support to projects and initiatives that will deliver value to the PET and the supply site. /p ul li Build and leverage an advanced knowledge and understanding of production processes. /li li Identify opportunities for process improvement and reduction in process variability. /li li Partner with production personnel, management, and other site functions to drive continuous improvement. /li li Create/enhance tools that drive standard work (changeover cards, station cards, Standard Operating Procedures, etc.). /li li Provide training to personnel as required to embed process standardization/optimization and the use of the associated tools. /li li Establish/maintain key performance indicators and other tools to improve performance visibility and identify opportunity areas. /li li Host and/or attend team meetings to progress initiatives aimed at improving the production processes. /li li As part of the PET ring, be a collaborative and effective team member by supporting key PET processes as needed. This includes, but is not limited to the following: deviations, CAPA, investigations, housekeeping audits, change control, Kronos, SAP. /li li Read, understand, and comply with cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), including SHE standards. /li li Wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required by specific activities. /li /ul
