Professional Development Rotational Program

College students graduating with a B.S in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemistry in Spring 2018


H.B. Fuller s Professional Development Rotational Program is designed for recent college graduates with a Bachelor s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Chemistry. It is an 18 month program which provides exposure to a variety of business functions allowing participants to build knowledge of H.B. Fuller s culture, organizational structure, products and solutions. It includes assignments in four distinct areas: Technical Services/Research & Development, Operations, Supply Chain and Sourcing.

The program presents diverse project responsibilities, engages you in a global team, provides cross-functional job experiences, and includes valuable networking opportunities with all levels of H.B. Fuller leadership. It offers the foundation for future success at H.B. Fuller as a technical professional in either Sourcing, Sales, or Technical Services. Final placements will occur upon completion of the 18 month program.

Participants in the program must be willing to travel domestically and live in another state during their rotation in Operations. Also must be willing to relocate after the program is completed.


* Must have completed at least one internship

* Must have a 3.0 Cumulative GPA minimum

* Needs to be graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemistry in Spring 2018

* Must be willing to travel domestically, and will likely be relocated for 3 months of the rotation to a manufacturing facility within Operations

* Must be willing to relocate after the program is completed
