In this highly visible role located at our Global R&D Center in Princeton, NJ you will drive personal care and health & wellbeing science development and translation under the guidance of the R&D VP. The successful candidate will provide scientific expertise to cross functional teams for product development, scientific and claims development. The Program Manager will actively engage with R&D and business teams to identify compelling science opportunities that differentiate Church & Dwight products.

What you ll do:

* Provide in house science expertise to business partners and other corporate functions to facilitate science based opportunities.

* Partner with R&D and business teams to help with the creation of compelling science-based strategies and solutions for the global personal care and health & wellbeing portfolios.

* Actively engage with R&D teams to identify compelling nutrition, oral care, women s health, and skin care opportunities that differentiate Church & Dwight products.

* Effectively compile, synthesize, and communicate knowledge from multiple streams, leveraging existing and emerging scientific literature and multiple databases to deliver opportunities and solutions.

* Build cooperative relationships with potential expert resources as required.

* Provide technical leadership to R&D and business teams by contributing science guidance on technical issues affecting business decisions.

* Represent Church & Dwight externally at conferences, industry events, and with trade partners.

What you ll need:

* MS or PhD in Nutrition Science or related scientific discipline.

* Highly seasoned technical professional with significant years of relevant experience. Communication experience is desirable.

* Demonstrated understanding of human nutrition and biological sciences; scientific information gathering, synthesis, and communication; clinical study design and interpretation.

What you\'ll do:

* Create, maintain, monitor and analyze master data in ERP and/or other integrated solutions in compliance with established service levels.
* Implements MDM practices, policies and standards adopted by the company.
* Ensure and enhance data quality and train users to ensure continuity of results.
* Provide creative yet logical approaches to solving data problems utilizing established global and regulatory rules.
* Identifies areas of specific master data weakness and suggests methods of improvement to Manager of EDM.
* Maintains policies and procedures to ensure uniform, accurate, and consistent data are present in support of SOX audit requirements.
* Provide testing support for upgrades and releases, including integration testing from various sources to target systems.


What you\'ll need:

Education and Experience:
* Bachelor s Degree in Business preferred or equivalent experience
* 1 3 years experience with master data management in an ERP system is preferred
* Basic understanding of CPG manufacturing process is a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Good understanding of fundamental business processes and the effect of data downstream.
* Strong attention to detail with optimal organizational skills; focus on teamwork and follow-up.
* Logical, process-based approach to problem solving with an ability to learn and apply new information.
* Priority setting, organization, and project management skills.
* Ability to clearly communicate with a positive, professional attitude both in writing and orally.
* Capacity to work autonomously on multiple initiatives in a lean, fast paced, and action-oriented environment.
* Demonstrated ability in building relationships with stakeholders and influencing key decision makers within business functions supported as it pertains to managing master data within the company
