Job purpose

Responsible for sales processing and inventory functions. Assist in supporting Sales Coordinators in daily duties, and support sales operations as needed.

Duties and responsibilities

Order, set up, receive all new equipment and attachments
Voucher invoices for payment
Maintain inventory for accuracy
Purchase remarketing, customer owned and used equipment, set up , check request and/or voucher invoice
Process sales credits
Create, review, submit, apply for and track spars and their credits
Manufacturers certificate of origin to purchases
Equipment physical inventory twice yearly
Assist co-workers in every facet of daily duties
Transfer of equipment
Attach, remove and merge attachments to units
Update units from consignment when purchased
Purchase Units with proper programs
NTR approvals, move units to rental status, and submit first invoice for pontoing
Maintain sales files
Assist with projects
Write memos, proof read, generate communications
Research and or report from data
