JOB DESCRIPTIONMiller-Valentine Construction is seeking a Project Assistant/Administrator to leverage the time of all members of the project teams (Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager) with the administrative, basic accounting, and document organization that is required for the successful and efficient procuring and execution of multiple construction projects. In addition, reception responsibilities include answering the company phone lines, directing calls to appropriate personnel, and mail distribution to the appropriate personnel (with the associated training) and periodically rotating to others within the organization. Background check, MVR report and drug testing are required for employment.
* High school diploma with an emphasis on accounting with experience in the construction industry is desired.
* Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop.
