JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY ESCO, a division of Eurpac Service, is seeking a part time Base Manager for Ft. Carson, Peterson, and USAFA Convenience Area.
This individual is responsible for ensuring placement and quality of all ESCO represented brands in the Exchanges and shoppettes on post.
Retail experience is helpful, but, not required, a positive customer service attitude is most important.
-Maintain product distribution objectives
-Shelf management to include: pricing, item positioning and POG sets
-Displays, promotions and demos
-Maintain proper call frequency and in-store reporting
-Work closely with Area Manager to insure highest sales for our clients
-Must have a smart phone
-Must have computer with internet access
-Must be running Microsoft Windows & be familiar with Micro Soft Office
-Available to work standard business hours with occasional weekend & evenings
-Building/lifting display pieces (40-50 lbs)
-Able to work at various heights which may require bending at the waist and squatting.
Hours are flexible but the Base Manager must be available during store hours. A background in grocery and/or retail extremely helpful. Strong computer skills required to track product information.
This position is for approximately 18 HOURS PER WEEK. Hours can be somewhat flexible depending on your schedule and workplace needs. Pay rate $12 per hour. Employment will require that you already have or are able to get Military Base Access.
EXISTING MILITARY BASE ACCESS STRONGLY PREFERRED. TO PERFORM THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION YOU WILL NEED MILITARY BASE ACCESS. SUCH ACCESS IS GRANTED BY THE MILITARY NOT EURPAC.
