Develop and maintain strong, professional client relationships, representing CBI
Meet or exceed sales goals
Identify, evaluate, qualify and close new clients
Account management emphasis; Champion clients within CBI
Work with internal Operations and Business Management to ensure high levels of Client satisfaction on client issues and needs.
Support trade shows as assigned
Contribute to revenue planning process
Contribute to CBI Marketing and Sales strategy
Suggest improvements in CBI capabilities and services
Submit necessary documents / reports in a timely manner
Budget for expenses
Maintain correspondence and quote files in ACT CRM
Provide overall support of CBI sales efforts
Work onsite at CBI offices when not visiting clients, prospects, or trade shows
