Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


- Primarily responsible for preparing quarterly/annual SEC filings and maintaining supporting documentation

- Participate in preparation and review of monthly consolidated financial statements and quarterly/annual SEC filings

- Assist with annual audit and quarterly reviews

- Research and resolve accounting, consolidation and reporting issues

- Perform research to ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements

- Assist with completion of relevant disclosure checklists

- Maintain supporting documentation for financial reporting

- Special projects as assigned

Required education or minimum level:


- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

- CPA required

Experience:


- 5+ years of relevant industry (or public) accounting experience

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting

- Solid time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and function independently and efficiently in a fast paced environment

- Strong attention to detail

- Problem solving with ability to recognize issues and deal with them directly

- Personable, positive and enthusiastic attitude with capability to deal effectively with people. Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and written

- Excellent organization skills and work habits

- Sense of initiative with desire to become truly involved in the business

- Flexibility with ability to work in a team setting supporting several people

- Consolidation experience a plus

Software Knowledge:


- Microsoft office applications

- SAP and BPC knowledge preferred
