JOB DESCRIPTIONApplied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) seeks an experienced SIGINT Analyst to provide support to the USAF targeting community with experience in digital network intelligence (DNI) targeting and SIGINT software applications/NSA databases associated with network analysis and target development.
Primary responsibilities will be to conduct analysis of signals intelligence, metadata, network information, administration information, usage data, and vulnerabilities to construct detailed technical reports and advanced targeting products. Provide direct support to the customer SIGINT team. The analyst should be extremely proficient with national cryptologic databases, reporting practices and products, and have an in-depth understanding of technical data required to perform penetration and vulnerability analysis. Experience leveraging SIGINT databases for targeting, exploitation, and situational awareness. Experience identifying and analyzing target networks and fusing all-source information into technical analysis and analytic products.
Security Clearance Requirements:
TS with SCI eligibility accepted
* 10+ years of experience with providing direct support to operational organizations
* 10+ years of experience with all-source intelligence analysis
* Experience in working with nodal and metadata analysis
* Experience with exploiting and dissecting large data sets
* Experience with training and briefing
* National Cryptologic School certifications/training in SIGINT Reporting
* Experience with Google Earth, ArcGIS, and Proton
* Experience with SharePoint, Java, and Python
* Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
