Responsible for managing all aspects of the provision of patient social services including managing the members of the social work team. Promote the standards of quality and contribute to the organizations mission and philosophy.
Licenses/Certifications* Current/active licensure in state or depending upon state requirements provides a master's degree diplomafrom a graduate program.* Current/active CPR certification.* Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.* Active/current agency health requirements.* Must complete required department competencies to validate and maintain competency.
Education/ExperienceEducation: Graduate of a master's program in social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience in health care, preferably in acute care facility, out-patient, home health or skilled nursing facility.
