DTI is seeking candidates for the position of Sr. Account Executive.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:The generation of assigned annual revenue targets through sales of the Companys Litigation Support Services within his/her assigned sales territory. Such services include, but are not limited to, Electronic Data Discovery, Document Hosting/Coding, Consulting, Managed Review and other Professional Services. The sales territory may consist of geographic territory, named accounts, or both.Formulation and execution of sales plans specific to coverage of assigned territory and achievement of assigned annual revenue targetsProspecting activities for identification of prospective new clientsSales calls, customer meetings, presentations and demonstrations conducted in pursuit of new and repeat business from prospective and existing clientsAccount Management of assigned and newly-generated clientsMaintenance of assigned accounts and achievement of assigned customer satisfaction ratings as measured by annual client satisfaction surveysCoordination of sales, billing and project activities with Production, Finance, and Project Management departmentsAchievement of assigned DSO targets for assigned territoryAdherence to Company policies, and timely submission of sales reports as assigned

Required Characteristics and Credentials:Five to seven years experience in selling highly-technical systems or services Effective analytical and problem solving skillsBe detail oriented and exceptionally attentive to accuracy.Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Information Systems, Finance, or related disciplineProven success in sales to AMLAW 250 law firms or Fortune 1000 Corporate Legal DepartmentsProven and demonstrable knowledge of the Litigation Support Market, including key decision makers, litigation support processes, litigation support solutions and systems, and industry trends.
