JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Zurn Director of Commercial Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Commercial Finance team. They will be responsible for supporting the sales teams for our National accounts, Export business and PEX line. They will partner with the sales teams to deliver monthly forecast for gross sales. They will also review all gross to net for reviews of rebates and promotions. They will also provide functional support to the engineering team. The Senior Financial Analyst will also have accounting ownership of calculation of the commission and warehouse fees for USA sales. They will lead the bottoms-up forecasting at the representative level incorporating pricing and market data.
Compile, track, analyze information to evaluate achievement of key operational and strategic objectives, as well as to monitor the overall financial and operating health/performance of the business
Develop, maintain and distribute integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports and financial models to support business analysis and decision-making
Collaborate with Finance & Commercial team members on monthly forecast, 1-year budget & 3-year strategic plan
Assist with the month-end close and reporting processes
Leads and assists in analysis of special projects and performs ad-hoc requests
Compile sales bowlers for Commercial leadership and support countermeasures, as needed
Lead pricing analyses and incorporate into various reporting mechanisms
Establish sales quotas tied to budget commitments in line with regional trends and growth expectations

Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, public accounting and/or public company experience preferred.
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
Excellent organizational, planning, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple taks
Highly motivated with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite as well as ERP systems (Microsoft AX experience a significant plus).
