Our Global Faucets Organization has several emerging businesses, and we are hiring a Senior Master Scheduler for the Fittings and Hardware team. We re looking for someone who can take initiative and independently solve problems and work to create efficiencies for the overall S&OP cycle and process within the business unit. This is inclusive of collecting and acting on the forecasting (demand planning) inputs as well as the development of the mid-term and long-range supply plan. Also inclusive of translating the supply plan to Kohler Co. plants and outside suppliers in order to obtain near term production schedules.
Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field required.
Minimum of 4 years in a supply chain or operations related role, with experience in two different functional areas preferred.
Must have strong computer proficiency in Excel, Access, and Visual Basic. SAP experience a plus.
Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal, as well as strong listening, analytical, problem solving, decision-making, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Certification in from a leading Supply Chain Professional Organization (CSCMP, APICS, and ISM) preferred.
