JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY SENIOR OPERATIONS ANALYST
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for coordinating with Operations Managers for preparation, review and submission of monthly flash forecasts, quarterly inventory obsolescence schedules, annual budget submissions, preparation of various month end closing journal entries, preparation of supporting documentation for internal and external audit requests as well as preparing various financial and operational reporting for management. Performs special projects associated with areas of responsibility. Some travel may be required, and must be available to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or similar financial disciplines; CPA Certification preferred; Bilingual (Spanish) a plus. Minimum 5 years work experience in a related field required; experience with integrated accounting software and spreadsheet packages required.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret generally accepted accounting rules, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
CPA Certification preferred
