The Staff DFT Engineer has a challenging opportunity to join the verification team to work on state of art SERDES, high speed ADC/DAC, and next generation DDR technology in 16nm and 7nm processes.



Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Working closely with IC Design during test plan and DFT definition, pre-silicon verification(chip level verification) and post silicon validation

* Work closely with IP test development team defining test schemes and implementation styles

* Will assist with silicon debug in the event of yield limiting issues or returned materials

* Working with Product Engineer to address Yield, Design & Quality issues during New Product Introduction phase and to address any post production issues

* Defining scalable pattern methodologies to efficiently test highly configurable embedded SERDES, DDR Interfaces and DAC/ADC hardware

* Balancing Test Time with quality to meet product requirements

* Defining DFT requirements for next generation products to improve test coverage or time

Organization:

Qualifications:

* A Masters Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering

* 9 years of relevant experience working on High Speed Giga Bit Transceivers, Memory Interfaces, or Analog Signal converters

* Experience with characterization, validation, and manufacturing test is required

* Fluency in writing synthesizable RTL

* Experience with FPGA design flow

* Experience with silicon debug with a focus on root cause analysis

* Experience in Linux environment and writing/using scripting languages such as Perl, Tcl..etc.

* Good communication skills, works well in a group environment that spans across continent
