RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage high volume, full life cycle recruitment across multiple service lines and disciplines

* Act as talent partner with and understand the hiring manager s needs to attract, identify, select and hire top talent

* Create and implement a sourcing plan designed to generate a diverse candidate population using various methods including social media job boards, membership organizations, third parties and personal networking

* Owns the development and management of candidate pipelines

* Utilize metrics to influence better decision making and advise hiring managers and recruitment management

* Utilize market knowledge and provide insight of labor trends and availability of top talent

* Partner with manager and HR team to recommend appropriate offer package

* Work with various internal teams to ensure all new hires have a positive welcoming experience to the firm

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

* BA /BA degree

Previous Experience:

* Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience

* Previous search firm experience required and /or equivalent internal experience

Certifications:

* Strong MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills

* Technology savvy including social media and process mapping

* Experience with Workday recruitment management tools and/or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) & CRM (Candidate Relationship Management)

* Comprehensive demonstration of social media, digital sourcing and diversity sourcing strategies

* Exceptional time management, organizational and communicational skills required

* Ability to handle confidential information is essential
