Crescent Hotels and Resorts is seeking an experienced and accomplished Vice President of Operations. This role requires a demonstrated track record of success with the ability to lead a portfolio of full-service properties. Multi-property operational oversight background is required. This role works closely with ownership and requires the ability to convey factual data and forecasts promptly and accurately. Collaborate with Asset Manager to quickly turn strategy into results. This role covers a portfolio of properties.

* Experience with multi-brands preferred
* Demonstrated ability to increase the value of properties through operational excellence
* Ability to directly answer and address difficult issues and lead continued improvement
* Proactive nature in leading properties to accomplish goals
* Deep understanding of metrics and numbers for each property and the portfolio
* Ability to partner and follow the guidance of the asset manager and ownership
* Working knowledge of operations, sales, revenue and finance issues for a portfolio of properties
* Experience with multi-brands preferred
* Role is remote eligible with requirement of travel.
Additional Qualifications:
Multi-Property leadership experience is required.
Multi-Brand experience is preferred.
Strong analytical and computer skills required.
Highly polished communicator is required.
Must have proven ability in building and leading high performing teams, and developing direct reports as well as positively influence influencing all levels of the organization. Must be a proactive, independent, hands-on operations leader and possess strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required along with the ability to provide direct, actionable, and positive and/or corrective feedback to others.
