Specific Descriptions:

The Senior Audit Consultant will have responsibility for:

* Daily interaction with line of business on Audit related requests for audit issues, changes in the products, and meeting logistics.

* Assists with non-U.S. regulatory Audit requests as needed

* Trains regulators on Audit's processes, policies and tools/applications

* Liaises with Line of Business, Compliance and Risk groups

* Maintains and enhances team materials such as on boarding and P&P documents for new products and is engaged in the new product approval process

* Responsible for multiple projects simultaneously. Utilizes sound, seasoned analytical skills and possesses product, business, and technical expertise to execute assigned responsibilities.

* Leads analysis of control deficiencies and expansion and refinement of documentation for more complex control deficiencies to drive actionable business impact.

* Influences management on sufficiency of corrective actions and recommends audit rating. Implements risk based audit strategy. Exercises judgment and critical thinking to influence business partners, senior business managers and peers.

* Identifies control trends in assigned business areas, impacts to the business and to the Bank overall by applying deep and broad business acumen.

* Helps business partners balance their business strategy with appropriate risk management controls. Contributes to the implementation and communication of Audit's missions, goals and strategies.
