How do I post a job?

  You get online confirmation and an email when your job is posted. An invoice is also emailed to your account address.
Your ad appears on americasjobexchange.com within one business day.

How long does my job remain posted?
Your job remains posted for 30 days.

You can choose to 'suspend' your job anytime by clicking the Suspend Job button. Once suspended, your job will not be visible to the job seekers. You can reactivate the suspended job; however, it will be considered as a new job posting.

How do I pay for job posting?
You can pay online using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards. America's Job Exchange ensures safe transactions, as we do not store any of your credit card or billing information.

How will job seekers find my job ad?
America's Job Exchange allows job seekers to find a job ad using several ways including:

Online Search: The job seekers can search a job on America's Job Exchange using keywords, category, location, experience level, company type, or any combination of these criteria.
Email: The job seekers receive relevant job openings matching their criteria in their mailbox.

How will I receive responses from job seekers?
By Email
Specify an email address while posting a job, and the resumes will be forwarded to this email address. The specified email address will not be visible to job seekers.

By Fax/Phone
Specify your fax number, phone number, or resume submission instructions in your job ad.

Can I edit my job ads once posted?
Yes, you can edit the job ad after it has been posted. You can click on "Job Manager" to view/edit all jobs posted by you on AJE. To edit a job, click on the Job Title.

Can I preview my job ad before posting it?
Yes, a preview of the job is displayed once you provide all the required information.
