Field work, including drilling oversight, geologic logging, well construction, soil and groundwater sampling, aquifer testing, and general site inspections
Data management and evaluation and report preparation
Perform interpretation of geologic, hydrogeologic, and environmental finds
Travel locally and out of area for extended periods of time, as necessary

Bachelor's degree in geology, hydrogeology, engineering geology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Two years experience in the environmental industry preferred
Knowledge of general geologic concepts including aquifer testing and hydrochemistry
Soil and groundwater investigation and sample skills
Hands-on use of field equipment
Ability to establish effective working relationships with contractors and to be a capable project and task manager
Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical writing experience
Familiarity with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
OSHA Hazwoper training is preferred
Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
