Local employer is taking applications for compliance officer. Positions available at a minimum security/counseling correctional facility. This position requires a dedicated individual with a standard of excellence. Able to lead others in the performance of assigned duties, understand & be sensitive to the needs of the residents assigned. Able to learn & enforce security procedures & rules, apply & enforce policies, able to follow instructions and problem solve. Previous exp working in human services is required while exp in the field of corrections is preferred. Must have valid MT driver license & clean driving record. Some Criminal Justice or related field preferable but not necessary. Communication and people skills a must. Responsible for the safe efficient operation of the center to include para-professional social services duties in support of Counselors and their residents. Great benefit package with 403b.
