Job Description and Requirements:USfalcon, Inc. is seeking a Fixed Site/Tactical Movement/Convoy Protection Trainer to support operations for the Mobile Training Team (MTT) at Fort Bliss, Texas. Requirements:- 10 years of relevant experience.- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. 10 years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.- Final secret security clearance.- Counter-IED experience.Travel:- 25-50% of travel is required for this position. - Capable and willing to travel monthly for up to two weeks at a time..Preferred Qualifications:- Deployment to Iraq or Afghanistan during 2006-2009..Duties:- Serve as a member of a four person fixed site defense / checkpoint operations/ tactical movement training team responsible for training, coaching, mentoring company and platoon level leaders on their execution of Counter IED tasks while executing fixed site defense / checkpoint operations/tactical movement. - Prepare oral and written after action reviews (AARs) and take-home packages for unit leaders. - Conduct research of ongoing and emerging trends within the current theatre of operations and the skills necessary to codify that information into applicable lessons and techniques. - Routinely capture and communicate current best practices and convey those to target audience. - Additional duties as assigned.Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; SECRET, TS, or TS/SCI clearance is required.About the company:USfalcon, Inc. provides Integrated Business and Technology Solutions to a wide range of Government and Corporate clients, and has been recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States.
