• Monitor assigned locations and insure quality control expectations are met.
• Monitor chemical and supply usage in assigned locations.
• Insure that all schedules are in accordance with USM Services contractual obligation.
• Insure that all employees are properly trained and are aware of the required duties they are expected to perform in their locations.
• Review all employees performance with Area and Regional Manager .
• Complete all quality control programs in accordance with USM Services quality control guidelines, and report findings to their supervisor.
• Report any sub standard issues or loss prevention issues to their supervisor.
• Make yourself available for any urgent issues or requests that may arise.
• Follows in both letter and spirit the USM, Transfield Services Group . policies, procedures and processes.
• Completes special projects as assigned.
This position requires at least 50% of travel with-in the State
