Superior Technical Resources is looking for Search Technology Analyst for our client located in Burbank, CA.

Specific Responsibilities include:
· Executing site search optimization, including optimizing keywords and relevancy of results to reflect business unit and marketing priorities
· Define and implementing site search technical and business processes and workflows
· Developing and producing site search reports and analysis
· Coordinating internal search communications, processes, and activities with various internal teams, vendors, and partners
· Assisting with technology platform initiatives and search enhancement releases
· Providing production support for Disney on-site search across diverse content types
· Performing site change request management and technical work through close collaborations with engineering and production teams
· Analyzing data to identify issues, discrepancies, trends and make recommendations
· Ensuring documentation and training materials are available and current for all site search programs
· Collaborating with other team members on SEO related initiatives to support an integrated search approach

Required Skills / Qualifications:


Minimum 2-3 years of online business experience with focus on digital media, search and web technologies. Familiarity with search, project management, marketing research, and web analytics is ideal


A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related marketing technology field with a strong web-based background and experience


Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to comfortably interface with both business and engineering groups
Understanding of search technologies and methodologies
Understanding of project management
Ability to write business and technical requirements
Highly technical, analytical, and a good problem solver
Ability to work collaboratively and independently and make sound recommendations based on proper research
Ability to work in a dynamic multi-tasking entrepreneurial environment and switch priorities and focuses as needed
Eagerness to learn new skills and internet technologies
Solid skills with Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
Understanding of technology software development cycles and quality assurance testing standards a plus

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:


Understanding of search algorithm, relevancy tuning, and search platforms (Endeca, FAST, Vivismo, Google, etc)
Intermediate understanding of web-based application environments and programming languages (Flash, HTML, XHTML, XML) a plus
Familiarity with site search and SEO techniques


Understanding of web tracking and analytics technology (e.g. Omniture, Coremetrics, WebSideStory)
