Position Description: Assist the customer by developing and subsequently revising Concept White Papers as the Concept progresses through the experimentation process. Reviews Concept Proposals and evaluates all prospective proposals against Joint military requirements. Provides technical support and expert advice concerning military capabilities (operational) concerning future military capability. Develops Adversary and Vulnerability assessments and provides U.S. National Intelligence subject matter expertise in the formulation of red teaming plans and operations. Must be able to communicate ideas comprehensively and effectively through written and oral presentations.Experience Required: Must possess working knowledge and experience in defining requirements for the DoDs Doctrine, Organizational, Training, Material, Leadership, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLP) process. Must meet at least three of the following: Demonstrated ability and experience (minimum 2 years) developing/authoring Technical Analysis and resulting reports; Demonstrated ability and experience in formulating analysis and design reports; Demonstrated ability to evaluate and anticipate future trends/technologies; Extensive knowledge of related/associated repositories of operational, current and future military operations information and sources of same; Demonstrated skill and experience in requirements analysis, developing alternative recommendations, concept formulation, planning, executing and evaluating technical conferences, workshops, seminars; Demonstrated ability to professionally interface, produce documentation for, provide presentations and speak with authority to senior military and other DOD personnel and organizations; Professional experience interfacing with and defining Joint military requirements; Knowledge and experience in the military experimentation area of operations; Demonstrable knowledge and skill in defining and explaining Future requirements for military operations; Demonstrated ability and expert knowledge of Red Team operations, analysis, and execution; Demonstrated ability to develop and analyze adversary and vulnerabilities capabilities; Knowledge of the National Intelligence systems and processesSecurity Clearance Requirements: SecretEducation & Training: Minimum Bachelors Degree f
