We are currently in need of a CNC/Production Supervisor responsible for the direction, coordination and evaluation of the Second Shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Must have 3 – 5 years experience in basic CNC software programming (HAAS, FANUC, or G-Code programming. MasterCam programming a big plus); setups and in calling programs.
• Familiar with inspection equipment, dial calipers, micrometers, gage blocks, indicator set ups, gage calibrations for the Inspection of products for conformance.
• Studies production schedules, plans and schedules work loads.
• Interprets company policies and enforces safety regulations.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Directs setup and adjustments of machines.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associates Degree and 5 - 7 years experience in manufacturing – job shop enviornment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
