OMNISEC International Investigations, Inc., a subsidiary of OMNIPLEX, is seeking qualified applicants to fill up and coming opportunities for Entry - Senior Level Mission Support Administrators in ;Northern, VA.Job Duties:Maintains Calendars/distributes mail, answer/phones, email messagesDrafts correspondences; tracks status of cable traffic, conduct researchProduces spreadsheets/reports, maintain databases, tracking/archive filesProduces content for briefing packages; analyzes statisticsManages responsibilities for pouching of material to the fieldPerforms Webmaster services to oversee website changesAdministers databases, sets up new user accounts and access; runs reportsProposes/ implements innovative administrative processes to improve efficiencyPlans meetings/ conferences; serving as recorderProduces/prepares weekly status reports ;Cover/Security -Passes clearances, prepares access lists; conducts security processing such as NAC, name traces, orders credit reportsLogistics support- Orders supplies, researches pouch shipments and initiates pouch traces; provides oversight and accounting for inventory; performs work pertaining to destruction of materialFinance- Maintains and reconciles accounting records, processes travel, training, and POV vouchers(level 2/3)Contracts Management; prepares contractual instruments and related approval documents necessary to execute contracting actions(level 2/3)Training- Participates in the planning/- Initiates contact with potential speakers (level 2/ 3)Program Management- Manages or assists with a program; tracks, and monitors administrative and program support activity(level 3)Other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:6 months admin (or comparable) experience in office environment (vocational training may be substituted) (level 1)2 yrs admin (or comparable) support experience (level 2)2 yrs progressively responsible admin/or comparable support experience (level 3)High School diploma or GEDKnowledge of Agency protocols, regulations, filing and tracking systemsKnowledge/use of MS Office current office equipment, computer applicationsKnowledge of travel and cover-related activities, procedures and protocolsUse MS Office (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Analytical skills sufficient to assess complex information/draw logical conclusionsStrong customer service skills, oral, written communication skills ; can adapt to changing requirements and priorities; able to be discreet/maintain confidentialityMust have current TS/SCI Clearance and Full Scope Poly.OMNISEC is committed to a drug free workplace.
