The candidate will report to the VP of Global Audit & Assurance and be responsible for performing all investigations that Internal Audit is assigned. The candidate will need to plan, scope and perform investigations, forensic reviews and fraud audits on a global basis and support the department in other operational audit projects.The candidate will work with the Global Internal Audit Team and interface with other Adobe departments such as Legal, Information Security, International Sales Offices, Physical Security and HR and external partners such as Distributors, Licensing Centers, Resellers, vendors & customers as well.The candidate should have the ability to work in a team environment and perform corporate-wide investigations, critical business operation reviews and technology based forensic analysis. The responsibilities for this position also include establishing a formal investigation methodology that would be acceptable to Adobes Legal Department, external Law Enforcement agencies and Adobes External Auditors.RequirementsThe candidate will have both technical and business experience for:Carrying out both proactive and reactive investigations and forensic analysis;Establishing a Fraud Monitoring Program that includes active monitoring and measurement of fraud risks;Interviewing fraud suspects, researching, investigating and resolving complex fraud issues to minimize fraud loss and protect the financial, technology and IP assets of Adobe;Gathering, securing and analyzing evidence (including forensic evidence) related to investigations, documenting investigation procedures, create work papers and finalizing investigation reports to be presented to Adobes managementKnowledge & SkillsMinimum 5 - 8 years of experience in fraud investigations, forensic analysis.Experience in a Forensic audit group of a Big Four firm or large global public company or a combination.Bachelors degree preferably in Accounting or Finance with Information Technology focus.CFE and CPA certifications are required and additional certifications such as CIA or CISA will be a plus.Demonstrated proficiency in IT tools to conduct forensics & data analysis (For e.g. email & file search tools, data mining tools, ACL etc.), MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Must be willing to travel on a global basis on relatively short notice. Up to 30-40% of travel is expected.Knowledge and experience in financial and/or operational auditing required with the ability to construct well-targeted audit reports within the context of business/industry operations/practices.Knowledge and experience in channel and distributor audits is a plus.Well established understanding of business dynamics and operations.Good judgment and confidence in determining matters requiring Audit Committee or management attention.Experience in international company operations and proficiency in foreign languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish) a plus.Familiarity with software manufacturing and distribution processes is required.Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems a plus.Experience in software industry is desirable.Familiarity with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) concepts a plus.Unquestionable integrity and credibility.Strong leadership, interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.Strong project management skills and sound demonstration of flexibility
