These individuals will be hired under our New College Grad program. We are specifically looking for recent college graduates with a graduation date no earlier than December 2008.ResponsibilitiesSupport North American sales efforts through qualifying sales opportunities and building pipeline via the telephone.Utilize SFA tool to ensure standard processes are followed during opportunity qualification, standard Q&A is utilized and opportunity tracking / distribution rules are followed.Work with direct sales organizations to identify qualification improvements and ensure only qualified leads are passed.Assist customers in understanding Adobe enterprise solutions, configuration, environment and how they fit within their current infrastructure and business processes.Ability to understand complex business environments and uncover customer issues process problems.Comfortable talking with prospect/customers and building relationships.Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment while still providing quality opportunities and driving revenue.Strong personality and self motivated.RequirementsStrong working relationships with sales force and field marketing organization.Developing strong opportunities and healthy pipeline for Adobe Enterprise sales.Consistent in opportunity qualificationDeep understanding and ability to communicate Adobe enterprise solutions to customers both at a business and technical level.Keeping SFA up to-date with lead/opportunity notes, qualification status/tracking, correct marketing event codes with the ability to track success.Adhere to and enforce lead/opportunity distribution processes, policies and procedures.Positive awareness of the Demand Center Tele-Prospecting team with sales and throughout the Adobe organization.Meet or exceed requirements for deliverable output on a daily basis such as; 70 dial spins per day, contact ratios, lead conversation ratios, accepted leads ratios etc.Personal Attributes:Strong capacity to develop relationships quickly over the phone with customers and technical audienceStrong ability to demonstrate value propositions in complex environments to a wide variety of individuals; technical and/or executive audiences.Strong ability to talk at a detailed level about Adobe enterprise solutions.Strong written and verbal communication, as wells as time management skills.Strong team orientation and ability to build cross-functional relationships.Strong understanding of sales cycles and required qualification criteria.Innate sense of what is important and what is not in the context of prospecting/sales cycle (ability to prioritize)Strong personality and self motivated.Sales, software development, or technical support experienceDetail-oriented, motivated, self starterUnderstanding of CRM systems (SAP and Siebel CRM experience a plus).Position based in San Francisco.Proven knowledge of development tools, products and development best practices and processes (e.g. RUP) a plusMust have the ability and skills to develop relationships quickly, both internally within Adobe and externally with prospect/customers.Need to be comfortable having detailed conversations both at a business and technical level.Strong capacity to develop relationships quickly over the phoneSales, software developmen
