You, along with the rest of the ConnectPro maintenance team have the ability to work with our customer, support organization, and product management to remove any impediments to a successful integration of ConnectPro to our customers business. In order to do this you have to be up for the challenge of working across Adobe to maximise the capabilities of the flash player, flash media server as well as Presenter. On any given day, you will work on Java, database subsystems, and action script on any number of platforms including mac and windows. You have to be highly inquisitive, detailed oriented and a fanatic for perfection. You ultimate expanded role is to provide concrete direction on making ConnectPro more intuitive and maintainable over time.Requirements:Masters degree in computer science is highly desired.Experience building complex interactive real time applications highly desired.Strong background in Java on Windows required.Strong background in the use of real time scalable database infrastructures highly desiredStrong background in flash and flex highly desired.Demonstrable background in shipping successful software products;Played an instrumental role in all phases of the software development lifecycle.Strong communication skills; able to clearly articulate complex problems and solutions in terms that others can understand.
