A-T Solutions, Inc. is currently accepting resumes for an experienced and qualified Counter Improvised Explosive Devices (C-IED) Subject Matter Experts (SME) who have demonstrated expertise as expert trainers and possess extensive operational experience in small units through division network attack and CIED tactics, techniques, and procedures. Must be thoroughly familiar with headquarters organized around fused operations-intelligence command, control, and communications principles and processes, and some possess a Law Enforcement background. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide direct CIED training support advice to a combatant commander and his forces before and after their deployment as required. Provide the capability to analyze TTPs and the supporting training and material solution inter-relationships. Observe, collect, develop, validate, and disseminate emerging IED Defeat tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). Assist in identification, training, and integration of IED Defeat countermeasure technologies. Identify tactical IED Defeat innovations for input to the services training centers. Manage internal JIEDDO training requirements. Provide support to the Combat Training Centers (CTCs), units on Service installations, test sites and areas, interagency groups, and the Services Training Commands in conducting requirements analysis, assessment, and definition of training requirements enabling the fusion of intelligence, operations, and material/non-material solutions in support of the CIED mission. Provide CIED training support to all Mission Rehearsal Exercises and unit Battle Staff Training as required. Manage new CIED training support initiatives through delivery and service transition. Conduct CIED training support initiative assessments. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently or under only general direction. Must be willing to deploy. Positions require short notice CONUS and worldwide deployments in support of a variety of operational and training missions. Positions also require 4 to 6 month deployments on a rotational basis as part of support teams in combat zones. - Some positions require Special Operations (SOF) experience. - Some positions require EOD/Weapons Technology experience. - Some positions require Organized Criminal Enterprise experience. Education and Experience: Either have a BA/BS degree (desired) or requisite experience. Must have at least 10 years of experience in increasingly responsible positions in one or more military, academic, or defense industry functional area. Must have OIF or OEF experience. Certifications and Other Qualifications: When deployed, contractor personnel may be required to have military uniforms for off-installation travel. It is to be determined if this position will require contractor to carry fire arms. If required, requisite equipment, training, and qualification will be provided. Require TS/SCI or TS/SCI eligible personnel (must have served in a TS/SCI position within the past two years) and be in Scope (current, active clearance)
