As a Director of Publisher Relations, you'll help to champion our extensive suite of advertising effectiveness products with publishers and youll have an opportunity to help lead the ongoing development and enhancement of these products. ESSENTIAL DUITES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Publisher Engagements: -Proactively recruit top publishers and networks to partner extensively with comScore through technology implementations such as node recruitment -Coordinate with sales and client service to develop leads for ad effectiveness as well as other comScore products -Train and guide internal publisher facing operational teams on best practices for tagging, control recruitment and other issues facing publishers in advertising effectiveness -coordinate and deliver superior client service to publishers including training, timely/informative responses to client inquiries, and sensitivity to clients business objectives/goals. Product Development: -Prepare documentation, user guides, etc., and provide internal and external training serving as the voice of the publisher on ad effectiveness products -Work with clients and client service and gather industry intelligence on recommended product enhancements. -Prepare detailed specifications of requested improvements for publishers Marketing: -Work with internal Marcom group on product marketing initiatives, including press releases, case studies, presentations at industry conferences, etc. with the goal of increasing awareness of products with publishers, and to raise the profile of comScore as a leader in this arena. -Work with product marketing and client service teams on direct campaigns (emails, webinars, etc.) to raise awareness and generate leads from publishers.
