OMNISEC International Security Services, Inc., a subsidiary of OMNIPLEX, is seeking qualified applicants to fill and immediate opening for an ACO Shift Supervisor in Northern Virginia.POSITION IS EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS ELIGIBLE - CATEGORY 2Job Duties: Supervision, management, access control.Performs all duties of an Access Control Officer.Provides relief services, staffs posts, emergency and medical issues, and handles call-outs through coordination with the appropriate supervisory personnel.Basic Qualifications:Must be a U.S. Citizen;Must be 21 years of age;Must have a High School Diploma or GED;Must have successfully completed the appropriate level DCJS training;Must have at least 1 year of experience in law enforcement, military and/or security;Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience;Must be able to construct and write, clear, concise, accurate and detailed reports;Must possess or be able to obtain CPR, First Aid and AED certifications;Must be able to read, speak and understand English language fluently;Must have intermediate written English skills, including ability to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms;Must have impeccable customer service skills;Must have the ability to make quick, sound and timely decisions;Must possess valid driver's license and has a satisfactory driving record as determined by the company and/or customer;Must possess a TS/SCI clearance with full scope polygraph;Knowledge of customer badge structure and system required.EOE M/F/D/V VA/DCJS Lic. #11-1298 VA/DCJS Lic. #11-4698 VA DCJS Lic. #11-3917
