Apptis Technology Solutions is looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia!Responsibilities Include:Initiate, negotiate, review and execute a wide range of contractual documents and agreements to include: Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), Subcontract Agreements and Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs) with subcontractors.  Prepare and issue Task Directives to Suppliers and SubcontractorsReview services orders and prepare contract briefs in preparation for order setup.Research and interpret government regulations as they apply to the contract area and advise project managers and other company personnel of contractual rights, responsibilities and obligations.Implement and comply with all Company Policies and Procedures related to contracts and subcontracts and coordinate those processes with program managers, the finance department, subcontractors, and other departments as necessary.Monitor ongoing compliance with the company’s major GWAC’s, ID/IQ contracts and individual task orders.Function as the primary Contracting point of contact for Government and commercial customers.Monitor multiple services contracts/orders for available funds, remaining hours, PoP, and other parameters; initiate corrective action as required, including amendments and modifications.Review contract documents and correspondence as part of the analysis of incoming bid requests, and develops preliminary contract terms and conditions.  Participate in negotiations with existing or prospective clients to establish basic cost and performance guidelines for assigned contracts. Additional responsibilities may include performing financial/competitive analyses and assisting with bid strategy for major contract proposals.
