Reports to: Senior Manager, Compensation AccountingPrimary contact for corporate accounting systems with overall responsibility for the global chart of accounts, Oracle reporting and Hyperion mapping. Coordination of monthly close process for all corporate locations including global submissions and balance sheet reviews. Assist in various aspects of Captive insurance entities.- Coordinate monthly close process ensuring all corporate submission are on-time, consistent and accurate- Coordinate monthly balance sheet review with senior management- Point person for questions from Consolidations group and external auditors- Responsible for Oracle General Ledger maintenance including adding, closing and modifying the chart of accounts and year-end rollover process- Maintain upstream mapping tables ensuring that Oracle accounts are properly mapped to Hyperion- Reconcile Corporate Oracle to Hyperion on a monthly basis for all locations- Responsible for adding and modifying financial (FSG) reports in Oracle - Responsible for training users on Oracle and responding to end-user inquiries and requests- Prepare monthly balance sheet review template for captive insurance companies- Prepare and load captive insurance financials on a monthly basis; coordinate and review account reconciliations prepared by third party provider- Document Sox process and maintain controls.Finalize Oracle chart of accounts and mapping tablesOracle General Ledger implementation including conversion testing and trainingExpand Oracle report library to suit end-user needsRequirements: - B.S. Accounting or Finance- 5 plus years accounting/systems experience- Strong computer skills - Oracle and Hyperion experience a plus- CPA or MBA preferred but not required- Strong Interpersonal Skills- Accounting systems aptitude- Verbal and written communications- Analytic Aptitude- Team playerApply Online
