Stanley Associates, Inc. is seeking a Supply Technician responsible for the receipt, storage, and turn-in of parts and materials needed in support of Divison at Ft Lee VA.
Specific Duties:
- Perform duties as the lead Supply Technician assigned to the FLRC. - Responsible for making sure all performance expectations are met within the workplace. - All operation instructions provided by the FLRC and Site Business Rules provided by FORSCOM are to be followed. - Provide logistical support for FORSCOM by maintaining its PART warehouse operations which includes movement of supplies, forklift support and transportation assistance. - Confirm that all vehicles assigned to supply are dispatched weekly and PMCS'S are performed. - Make sure that the warehouse outside area is cleaned, organized, and arranged for vehicle traffic. - Ensure that all fire extinguishers are checked monthly for serviceability. - Check SSA daily for excess Supplies. - Ensure that parts are properly issued and accounted for. - Ensure that parts identified for turn-in are discarded in a timely manner and by the proper procedure. - Make sure that all warehouse space is maximized for storage of parts. - Monthly reports will be provided to FORSCOM. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and a minimum of 3 years related work experience in shipping and receiving.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to successfully complete the Stanley Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment; Additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records Checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment. - Knowledge of the US Army Supply System - Forklift operator license - Ability to routinely lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
