Salamanca. McHone Industries. CNC Brake Press Programmer/Operator. Responsible for programming, setting up and operating CNC Brake Presses. In addition, will assist Engineering in drawing and process development. Set up and operate press brake to specifications. Gather, preset and install proper tooling and fixtures. Select and position die sets. Work with Quality Control on in-process inspections. Monitor production to ensure conformance with process and time standards. Monitor scrap and rework. Monitor machine maintenance for lubrication, guarding and cleanliness. Assist in proper material handling and storage in the dept. Generate flat pattern layouts on CAD. Program and edit CNC programs. Assist in design of special tooling, fixtures and proper processing steps. Other duties as required. Requirements: High school diploma; computer literacy including CAD experience. CNC programming and set up experience. Able to read and interpret drawings, basic math skills. Able to use measuring equipment and setting up press brakes. Must be able to lift parts and tooling. Good speed; quick learner; self starter and good work ethic. Full time first shift, M-F. Salary depends on experience. Benefits available. Will be subject to reference checks and drug screening.
