GENERAL FUNCTION: Attorney for one or more divisions, subsidiaries, or business lines of the Bancorp concentrating on a particular field of practice. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for legal matters affecting the Divisions represented, including contracts, litigation, transactions, regulatory and legal research. Provides reporting to management of Divisions represented and manage on all material matters and decisions. Act as Affiliate liaison. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

Job Experience:

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: * At least 2 years of significant and relevant experience with a law firm or corporation in the relevant areas of expertise * Good communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to interface successfully with senior management * Good negotiation skills * Knowledge of the areas of expertise including technical knowledge * Good issue spotting, risk assessment, and problem solving skills * Good research skills * Admission to a state bar/J.D degree from accredited law school/College degreeE.O.E., M/F/D/V Federal law requires that we hire only U.S. citizens or aliens authorized to work in the United States.
