It features a programming schedule that includes more live golf coverage than all other networks combined, as well as news, instruction and original productions, such as the popular Big Break. GOLF CHANNEL became the exclusive cable home of the PGA TOUR in 2007, and televises part or all of every PGA TOUR event. In addition, the network is exclusive television home of the Nationwide Tour, European Tour and Canadian Tour, and the exclusive cable home of the Champions Tour. Also featured is a generous mix of other competition from the LPGA Tour, USGA, PGA of America, Asian Tour, PGA Tour of Australasia and Sunshine Tour of Southern Africa.

Responsibilities:
- Produce talent and production personnel
- Oversee day to day operation of Champions and Nationwide Tours
- Consult with Vice President of Golf Events on talent decisions
- Oversee look and feel of telecasts
- Help schedule all above- and below-line personnel
- Work with equipment facility provider (NEP)
- Maintain contact with Tours including, Nationwide Tour and Champions Tour
- Maintain contact with tournament officials
- Perform periodic performance reviews to determine employee eligibility for, among other things, merit increases, bonuses and promotional and transfer opportunities
- Interview, evaluate, hire, lay-off, promote and reward employees and/or applicants or effectively recommend such actions
- Provide feedback, coaching and disciplinary action (up to and including termination or discharge of employment) to employees, or effectively recommend such actions, to help improve employee performance.
- Resolve and adjust employee concerns and grievances.

Required Skills:
- 10 years of live sports television production experience
- 4-year college degree
- Extensive golf knowledge
- Must be extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Must be able to handle high volume of data and work quickly and accurately under deadline pressure
- Capacity to juggle multiple projects
- Excellent people management skills
- Punctual, regular and consistent attendance
