The Facility Support Lead Supervisor is responsible for the following areas:
* ensuring that all agency ground care, snow removal, custodial services and pest control is completed on schedule and as agreed.
* ensuring that service contract work is performed by vendors according to contract specifications.
* providing training and supervision for consumers in areas of custodial and/or grounds maintenance. Conducting evaluations of consumer's performance.
* maintaining assigned equipment on scheduled basis and as needed.
* ensuring that all agency, State and Federal safety guidelines are followed.
* ensuring that all department/agency policies and procedures are followed.
* providing person centered individual attention to all consumers.
Requirements:
* Must have a minimum of three years experience in one of these areas: grounds, custodial or minor repair maintenance.
* Janitorial, grounds and minor repair maintenance experience and knowledge.
* Must have 3 years supervisory experience.
* High School diploma or GED.
* Clean NYS driver's license.
*CPR certification is required.
* Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
