Support bench assembly and test of Terrastar 2 feed array. Initial assignment will be to support the MUX Lab with diplexers and receiver filters. Next assignment will be to follow the diplexers and receivers to building 7 for PIM testing and then to building 54 for feed array assembly and testing.
Assemble and test of 'flight' RF devices - diplexers, receivers, feed arrays, telementry horns, global horns, sub reflectors, wave guides - per engineering drawings and procedures.
Demonstrated experience ins some of the following: PIM testing, RE/RS, high power, distribution networks, axial ratio tuning, phased coax cables, circular polarization, and antenna range testing. Experience with associated test equipment - network analyzers and TWTA's
Maintain paperwork - shop orders procedures, standards, test data, non-conformances, task logs, shift accomplishments
