0160966You will utilize production process equipment in accordance to the specified work instructions and procedures and will be responsible for the respective equipment, training, and tools he/she is assigned. The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Identify and organize optimal raw material locations efficiently. Set up and operate filling & packaging machines. Support and follow in-lining including complete operator ownership of each production line. Identify and track all dedicated tools in accordance with best 5S practices, maintain equipment cleanliness, and conduct on-time PM Assist in the training, Complete and maintain all process records including process control charts and PM . Must be proficient in the use of MS products and be able to understand and utilize KPPS and Great Plaines. Also requires the ability to pass a fork lift truck test and move drums of raw materials that weigh up to 500lbs using a hand truck.
