PRIMARY FUNCTION(S)
This position supports Commander United States Strategic Command CDR USSTRATCOM's establishment, sustainment, and improvement of the Department of Defense Global Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conduct analysis and assessments in support of improving operational planning, integration, and synchronization of Global ISR systems.
Conduct comprehensive Global ISR assessments across the full spectrum of Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination cycle, including the requirements, distribution of ISR resources, and the utility of resulting products.
Assess adequacy and effectiveness of the Global ISR support to United States Special Operations Combatant and National Command COCOM Authority information needs requirements and priorities
Develop and maintain methodologies, metrics, and processes to assess Global ISR capabilities, utilization and employment plans.
Assess ability of allocated assets to accomplish assigned collection in global and theater plans and operations.
Conduct assessments of all aspects of Olympic Titan (OT), Buccaneer Titman (BT), and Glass Titan (GT) operations including planning, operations and value and sufficiency gaps of collections.
Conduct assessments of all aspects of Department of Defense DOD SR and Sensitive Reconnaissance Operations (SRO) including assessments of Special/Limited Access Program operations.
In collaboration with National Intelligence Coordination Center NIC-C and all designated mission partners conduct assessments and evaluate current Global ISR capabilities across the DOD enterprise to identify gaps, shortfalls and future risks.
Assist DOD, Combat Support Agencies, COCOMs and STRATCOM entities in establishing assessment criteria within Intelligence, Operational, or Conceptual Plans for the optimal employment of Global ISR resources.
Use and evaluate measures of effectiveness and mission metrics to assess the Defense Intelligence Operations Coordination Center's (DIOCC) mission accomplishment.
