Superior Technical Resources is looking for a Technical Support Representative for a direct hire position with our client in Austin Texas. In this role, you will be part of a team that provides outstanding technical support while fielding a range of customer questions or issues, over telephone or email, in the areas of system configuration, setup and functionality for our clients complete line of products. · Provide outstanding technical product support while answering a range of simple to complex customer questions or problems, over telephone or email, in the areas of system configuration, setup and functionality for our suite of products · Recreate customer network topologies in-house · Keeps customer informed of how and when problems are resolved · Manage and updates support tickets according to current status · Keeps informed of and maintains proficiency with company products · Provides detailed information for escalated bugs to engineering Make a Superior career choice today. www.superiorjobs.com.
