o Coordinating and overseeing the operation and implementation of the ARRA Adult Literacy Program
o Supervising and training the program staff and volunteers
o Coordinating program outreach activities
o Designing and preparing program materials and curriculum
o Working with the Director of Adult Education to conduct program evaluations, to assess participants’ achievements of goals and target outcomes, to monitor program attendance and other records and prepare program reports
o Preparing monthly program reports and other reports as required by the funding source.
